Annual Pancake Breakfast

Every February, we take the opportunity to meet with our associates and provide an update of the company status.  What better way to do this than to meet while enjoying a pancake breakfast?  So we hooked up the griddles and started cooking before day break.  It is a great opportunity to show our appreciation for our associates and have an open discussion about business.  We provided updates for each division and human resources, which included business outlook, our health and wellness program, and tuition reimbursement program.  We look forward to our next company event – the bonus cookout in June!
