Manufacturing Day at Millat Industries

Millat Industries proudly sponsored National Manufacturing Day by inviting the Kettering Fairmont High School Engineering class to visit our facility.  We provided the students with a presentation on precision CNC machining, process engineering, and a tour through some of our advanced machining cells. On display were machining processes for products ranging from automotive bearing caps to Inconel brackets for commercial jet engines. After the tour, a Q&A session allowed the students to gain a better understanding of the opportunities in the manufacturing industry and allowed us to better understand the educational programs that the students are completing.  Needless to say, the Millat Industries team is very impressed with the upcoming generation of manufacturing professionals.
