Millat Industries Hosts Employee Appreciation Event!

Millat Industries celebrated its annual Employee Appreciation Breakfast meetings during the final week of February, 2022.  Each year, the senior management team presents business updates to associates across all divisions and serves a hot breakfast to all associates. Additionally, semi-annual Achievement Awards are presented to deserving associates who were nominated by their peers.  Winners of these prestigious awards, demonstrated exceptional performance in the area(s) of; Leadership, Quality, Safety, Innovation, and/or Cost-Savings.  Achievement Award recipients are presented with a certificate of achievement, a $500 cash reward, and eligibility for the Bob Millat Award of Excellence, which will be presented later in the year to the top Achievement Award recipient in 2022.
