The Custom Machining Division has been awarded a special Nadcap Merit Accreditation for Wire EDM due to their successful completion of their 3rd Nadcap audit with zero reoccurring nonconformances. Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is a cost effective method for processing tough materials but requires special process controls to ensure surface integrity in aerospace applications.

Nadcap is the leading worldwide cooperative program that provides audit and accreditation services for special processes for the aerospace and automotive industries. This latest “flawless” audit represents the Custom Machining Division’s commitment to be a comprehensive solution provider to the aerospace industry.
