UD Center of Leadership Training Complete!

We are proud to announce the successful graduation of three of our associates through University of Dayton Center of Leadership courses.   We congratulated two associates who completed the one year Emerging Leader Program and one associate who completed the six month Supervisory Leadership Program.  Both of these programs sharpen leadership, communication, coaching for performance, and many other business skills necessary for today’s fast-pace manufacturing environment.  We look forward to building on these skills to train the future leaders of Millat Industries.
